Favorite Postrun Must-Have?



Wanted to share my new fave postrun drink (after water, of course, and right up there with COFFEE)... Doesn't have to be refrigerated until after it's opened, but I put the entire package (4) in the fridge as soon as I get home.. cold, healthy, yummy, and a great way to replenish carbs after a long run... LOVE THIS! 

What's your favorite food or beverage after a run??

Chocolate milk ( has to be made with Hershey's syrup and not premade), Never thought I'd say that cuz I always thought milk after a run would be terrible, but it's really good!! That and ice cream :0)

Umm, does Diet Coke count as a post-run beverage?

I kid.

Sort of.

Water is really my drink of choice but I was just reading in this months Fitness magazine that chocolate milk is a great post-run drink. I'm not crazy about regular milk, unless I'm drinking it with a cookie, but chocolate milk is doable.

I have heard that chocolate milk is a favorite of many! I love water, or if it's been a very long run, low-calorie Strawberry powerade.
