Good week in running and cross training.
We were on vacation - snowboarding and I was able to get 30 min. on Monday (T/M run). Tues. was 2 plus hours of snow board and Wed. a 46 min. run with my dog. Thurs. more cross, followed by a 3 mile run. Sat. I have a 10K. The plan is simply to get the miles in and don't go for the "gold".

Having a pretty good week, but I'm pretty sore. I introduced weight training again for the first time in...a long time...so I'm having a hard time sitting down and standing up! Going to get a good long run in tonight and a short one in tomorrow. Hope everyone's week was good!

Going well for me. I participated in a 5k on Sunday and got my fastest time ever. I finished week 5 of couch to 5k so managed 21 minutes of running with no stopping or walking :)17 miles for the week mixed walking and running.

Finished January with 94 miles - whoo hoo! Of course the half marathon help that out alot! Starting out February slow. I'm hoping I didn't injure myself - strange pain in my thigh. Scheduled to do the Lady Track Shack 5k tomorrow, but might end up being a very slow jog or walk. I have to be careful - Princess half in 4 weeks!!

Had a slow running week. Lots of snow and ice on the roads, so I couldn't get out and run. Used the bike at home to keep up with my exercise. I am running in the Krispy Kreme Challenge tomorrow and then I need to get a long run in on Sunday. Looks like I will make up my miles missed this week on the weekend!

Slow week due to snow, slush and mud on the roads. Hoping to get something decent in this weekend but we'll see!

By the way... I figured out that only your running miles count toward the leader board on the daily mile since PiF is a running group. Eliptical, bike, etc... don't count toward the group but they do on your personal stats.
Have a great week!

For our 'slow week' gals - I had an entire MONTH of that in January... that's a bummer, I know. Sending you GOOD VIBES!!
