How are you feeling this week?


The Turtle has been sick a full week as of today, and is in (enforced) rest mode, per her doctor.  No running, no going to work, quarantined, in fact. More details to follow ... I hope everyone has had an amazing week, found their motivation to get moving, and looks forward to strong long runs or races this weekend!

Oh Robin... FEEL BETTER SOON! Just think how rested up and strong you will be for the Princess Half!!! I know you will do great even after a short (manditory) break :) This is going to be my highest mileage month since I started running. I am so excited!! I will wait til next week to give the total... hoping to get a longer run in this weekend!

I had a good week. Personal DISTANCE best completed this morning: 13.45 miles. Unfortunatley, we were hit with tons of snow so 11 of those miles were on the dreadmill and the 2.45 outside was slow, it was more of a jog/walk. But still.. COMPLETED!

I haven't got much running in this week, but I'm planning on a nice long run tonight.

Otherwise I've been doing The Shred every day (on day 6) and have been eating pretty good!

That cold seems to be going around. I know a few people who've been sick this wk.
Doing alright. Not much running. I've been on taper.

Sounds like a mixed bag this week for many of us... for those rocking out the miles, great job! The rest of us will catch up to you, eventually! (hopefully!) :-)

Thanks for all the warm wishes/good vibes. Slow-going, but I'm hoping for improvement soon.
