I'm on track at 130 miles so far...and my runs this week were awesome (I saw a little improvement in speed). Today I have a 10K planned with friends :)

I am at 171.5 miles for the year. I have cut back on mileage a week bit starting this week because I am concentrating more on lifting and a little less cardio. I am loving that so far!

I'm FINALLY feeling well running and getting my diet back on track. It's been eternity and oh how good it feels. I'm still smiling for that awesome 1/2 you did, you truly inspire me! Have a great weekend. I just did a little virtual race which I just report on. Kinda a fun thing. And I gotta 7K St. Patty's race on Sunday (lucky #7).

I've got my first 5k this weekend! The weather is crappy (and I am definitely a fair weather runner) and I have a cold, but I'm not going to give myself any excuses to not do it! My time might not look great, but it will give me a base to improve on for the next one!

I'm starting to come off of my high from the Princess Half... I need a new, semi-short term goal. But I'm very happy with my progress so far. =)
