The Turtle Runner is feelin' good....
back on training track with speedwork and
a tempo run done (along with wt training - ouch!),
in spite of the time change that
*made*me*want*to*sleep*in!
Anybody else dragging this week?
On deck for Sunday:  a long run, of course!  

I hope everyone had an amazing week,
found their motivation to get moving,
and looks forward to strong long runs or races this weekend!

I've been having a bit of a rough stretch with the asthma, but I'm still on schedule for now :)

Hi Robin and everyone! I have not run much this week because the bikes are out! I have done maybe 5 miles? We are going on a 30 mile ride tomorrow. Hope my butt can make it LOL!

I'm passing the 125 mile YTD figure this weekend so I'm 25% of the way to the 500 mile goal! Missed a whole week of running last week due to weather but got back on track this week. Hoping to get a good long run in this weekend. Why are those so hard to get in??? Have a great week everybody!
