I'm running a 5K in the Downtown Derby on Saturday - should be fun! Good luck to everyone else who is running!
Those kids are from my neck of the woods! We are very proud of them :)
2 5ks this weekend! Saturday & Sunday. I'm hoping to run the entire one on Sat for the first time...no walk breaks! *fingers crossed*
The one Sunday is a cross country race on a local horse farm...and the weather looks wet...so I'm just going to hope to finish and not drown in a mud puddle. How exactly do you get mud out of your running shoes?? lol

I am running a 5k on Sunday, third in a series and there is a prize for the most improved time which I'm definitely in the running for :)

Tomorrow I'll be running my first 5K or 2010! The Penguin in the Park 5K in Decatur with John "The Penguin" Bingham!! I heard him speak at the library last night, SO funny! Need to blog that real quick!
