TGIF!

Happy Friday, friends!

What's on your mind today?

(Greek yogurt, social media,
new running shoes, and group training on mine)

What's on your agenda this weekend?

(Group training, movie date w/ hubs,
and IKEA shopping on mine ...woo hoo!)

Good luck to our racing buddies!

Happy running, friends....

Hanging out at the beach or going on the boat.

On my mind: Breakfast!!!

Planned:
Wedding weekend for my sister-in-law. Things are going to be beautiful. Hopefully they can keep the drama to a minimum.

Have a great weekend!

PS....any advice on running in Florida? My husband and I are vacationing in Sarasota over the 4th and need to do some runs to stay on track with our training. Should we run morning or evening?

On my mind: long run tomorrow and trying to decide how many miles my dog will come with me on it.

@Harold, have fun w/ our fave redhead! Hug her for me. :) Oh, and I'm glad you found me on FB; thnx for friend request. Done!

@LookingUpAgain, Hope the wedding wknd is spectacular. Sending 'happy thoughts/minimal drama vibes' from Orlando...LOL.

re: running in FL. Definitely morning - the earlier, the better -preferably predawn to get (slightly) cooler temps (70s/low 80s). Humidity will be kicking, though! Hydrate LOTS before, during, and after, electrolytes, too. Slow down to compensate for increased heat/humidity. Have a great vacation! :)

It's probably good that there is no IKEA around here.

We are hoping for a nice bike ride on Saturday if the rain holds out. Today is relaxing, spending time in the kitchen and the garden. Just a puttering day!
