Happy Friday, everybody!
I love a good question... don't you? Something that makes you stop and think. So I went in search of a good one for today since you guys are such a creative bunch, and stumbled on to a great site with 25 questions to get us thinking.
Instead of choosing one,
I thought I'd just link you there so
you can read them and see what speaks to you...
Have a great weekend, friends! Group training update coming soon.... the miles add up and the participants dwindle. Interesting.
Oh, if you're reading this post in your reader, take a peek if you get a minute ~ sporting a new look on the Turtles blog, starting today.
And for all my teacher friends out there, I posted "10 Steps to Building Community in the Classroom" yesterday at RobinLK.com. Let me know what you think and if there are things you do in your classes that you'd like to share. Thanks! :)

I like the new look! I also really liked the site you linked to with the beautifully illustrated questions. I read through them and they were all pretty thought provoking. I will have to check back later when I have time to answer one.
Thanks, Heather, for the feedback on the Turtle blog's new look AND on the questions. :)
Love the new look!
I really liked the Community Building steps you posted. I have a new teaching assignment this fall, and transistioning to a web-enhanced course so I'm always looking for more ways to improve that realm of the classroom where community building is essential for success.
Some of those are tough.
Would you break the law to save someone you love? In a heart beat. Without question. I'd sacrifice anything for my kiddos or hubs.
would you allow a friend to talk to you the way you sometimes talk to yourself No. I'm the worst for berating myself for every misstep. I need to work on that.
Cris,
Glad the Classroom Community List was helpful to you.. thanks so much for your feedback. Looking forward to hearing how your new instructional environment is going!
Megan, HUG yourself instead!! :)
Tobi, THANK YOU!! (since i TM'd you instead...LOL)
