“Running is one of the best solutions
to a clear mind.”
~ Sasha Azevedo
Another lesson recently learned:
Two runners,
one, frustrated and mad.
(not the Turtle Runner this time!)
6 miles later:
new perspective (for both!)
feeling m-u-c-h better.
YES!
Do you run to work out your issues?
Own your journey. One run at a time.

Robin, I think running is a great way to work out problems.... but a better way is lap swimming. You can cure the world one lap at a time and it's easier on your joints and not as hot.
Yes. I definitely run off aggravation. A tired Meg is a happy Meg.
I have been known to cry as I run, but I think it's those times that the stuff that is weighing heavily on me is working itself out, so even though it's a little embarrassing, it's actually ok.
I always think a good run is a detox for the soul!!
I'm rarely frustrated/angry, so I can't say I run to work out my problems. I do think that running helps me to be the type of person who is rarely frustrated or angry. Running does seem to clear my mind.
I used to run to work out my issues. Now I elliptical and yoga because when I am interval-ing my way back to running, I feel like I need to focus on doing it right which takes away the stress relief.
I think if I had the motivation to run to workstuffout---Id run more.
hmmmmm.
When I run with concerns on my mind, I go through different phases. I worry = slower run. I get mad = faster run. I obtain balance and figure out a course of action.
Running is great therapy to work out problems, concerns and even to burn some energy resulting from terrific bursts of happiness.
