A member of the Pay it Forward 500 Mile Club, which began January 1st [here], Michel is donating her miles (and $$) to the American Heart Association.
Calling the midwest home with her two adorable daughters and supportive Hubs, Michel has juggled weather, family responsibilities, and injuries to meet her mileage goal this year, with over 400 miles completed.
How would you describe yourself as a runner?
A casual, back-of-the-pack, ‘better-late-than-not-at-all’ runner. Slow and steady, and thinking through the thirties ~ edging out of the thirties is more like it!
