Alright, alright. You people have guilted me into getting off my busy lazy spreading(!) backside.
With all that running, posting, tweeting, and celebrating YOU've been doing, I've really got to do SOMETHING: run/walk/crawl a few miles for goodness sake! :-)
So this morning I turned my M-F 5:00 a.m. alarm on my phone to the "ON" mode, and set out my clothes for tomorrow morning's first early workout in about a month.
Then
karma
arrived.
Right on Cue.
Blogger buddy Melissa, over at Life by Melissa, (and the co-creator of the 2010 Pay It Forward 500 Mile Challenge here on the Turtles blog) threw it out there:

Okay, I know for you die-hard, run-like-your-butt's-on-fire-types, 31 miles in 31 days may not seem like isn't(!) a big deal, but for those of us who *might* be needing a *little* motivation to get focused, THIS will be a great way to commit for a month. (Thank you, Melissa!)

This made me smile!! Good to see you back "on the run"....
Great job Robin - sounds like a good goal and a good way to get in some reasonable miles.
I just spent a week skiing in colorado - so I especially need to get back on the "eating good stuff" bandwagon. And I need to go to the grocery store. That will have to wait until tomorrow evening.
Yippee!! Add him to the spreadsheet!
